SuperAura ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that connects brands with clippers for short-form video campaigns. You can reach us at hello@superaura.app for any privacy question or request.

When you join our waitlist or apply as a clipper we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, country, social platform and handle, content niche, audience size and how you heard about us.

When a brand launches a campaign we collect the business contact details provided in the enquiry form.

We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use SuperAura. It sets first-party cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the site or campaign you arrived from.

We look at this only in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and where creators are finding us. We do not use it to identify you personally.

You can opt out at any time by installing Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The rest of the site works normally either way.

We use the information you provide to evaluate clipper applications, match clippers with brand campaigns, communicate launch updates, and respond to brand enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data based on your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating the SuperAura platform and communicating with applicants.

We share information only with service providers that help us run SuperAura, such as our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and payment partners at launch. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep waitlist and application data while your application is pending and for as long as needed to operate the platform or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@superaura.app.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@superaura.app and we will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we review and improve our safeguards regularly.

SuperAura is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as SuperAura grows. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
